About this role

We're looking for a Product Designer to help us scale experimentation across the [REDACTED] brands. This is a high-execution role with room for growth. You'll create designs for a steady flow of A/B tests across multiple brands, covering the full customer journey from landing pages and consultation flows through to checkout, the account area and subscription management.

Product Management and Product Design work as one shared function here. You'll report to the Head of Product and work side by side with our Product Managers, with support from our wider Creative team. As our dedicated Product Designer, you'll have real ownership of the digital experience across our brands and a genuine voice in where we take it next.

We're a small Product team supporting multiple brands, so we use AI to scale how we work. You'll already be using AI in your design workflow and be excited to push it further.

What you'll do

  • Create high-quality designs for A/B tests across our brands' digital journeys, from landing pages and consultation flows to checkout, the account area and subscription management.
  • Hand over polished, build-ready designs that Tech can implement with confidence.
  • Use AI to scale design delivery and automate admin, from design system upkeep to handoff and process improvements, and share what works with the wider team.
  • Bring your own ideas to the table. Spot opportunities in data, customer insight and competitor journeys, and help shape our experiment pipeline rather than only delivering against it.
  • Keep a close eye on competitors and on emerging design principles, trends and technologies, and use what you learn to raise the bar on our designs.
  • Run lightweight research, such as quick usability tests and reviewing customer service insight, to validate ideas and sharpen your designs.
  • Build on our [REDACTED] design system, improving it and helping it scale across multiple brands so each one feels consistent, distinctive and fast to design for.
  • Work closely with engineers to make sure designs are built as intended, finding the leanest route to a high-quality experience.
  • Get involved beyond design delivery if you want to grow your skills, from shaping requirements and writing tickets to testing work before it goes live.

Who you are

These are the skills we're looking for. Even if you don't tick every box but feel you're right for us, we'd still love to hear from you.

  • You have a portfolio that shows strong UI craft and end-to-end UX thinking.
  • You have a solid foundation in digital design principles, including visual hierarchy, interaction design, accessibility and mobile-first design.
  • You already use AI in your design workflow and you're passionate about continuing to develop how you use it.
  • You're confident in [REDACTED] and comfortable working within a design system.
  • You've shipped work with engineers in an agile team.
  • You can work at pace and handle a high volume of work without losing your eye for detail.
  • You're curious about data and motivated by seeing what moves the numbers.
  • You're a clear communicator who can explain design decisions to non-designers and actively seeks out feedback.
  • You're proactive and self-motivated, and you're excited by the ownership that comes with being the dedicated designer in a small team.

It would be a bonus if you have experience in:

  • A/B testing or experimentation.
  • D2C subscription or e-commerce.
  • Healthcare or another regulated sector, designing safe and trustworthy experiences.
  • UX copywriting.

Why should you choose [REDACTED]?

  • A daily challenge – in a thrilling, entrepreneurial start-up environment, no two days will ever be the same.
  • Make a difference – work within a revolutionary company that is focused on improving millions of lives.
  • Significant equity – potentially life-changing value if you commit to our long-term mission.
  • Serious commitment to growth – personal development is important to us and we’ll make sure we support your growth, and give you broad experience across your role.

The practical bits

Hybrid working: three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.

Benefits

  • 25 Days Holiday (+ all the usual Bank Holidays) – It's important to take a break and recharge
  • Free Breakfast & Lunch – It’s important you are well fuelled for the day so we've got your breakfast and lunch covered. Plus drinks and snacks are available too!
  • Hybrid working to give you flexibility – We are all remote on Wednesday and Thursday. When we are in the office on Monday, Tuesday and Friday our core hours are 10-4. If you're an early bird you can do 7-4, and if you're a night owl 10-7 is fine too.
  • Equity – We offer a generous share award package that means every employee has a stake in the business. We really are all in this together
  • Health and wellbeing focus – We offer a healthcare cash plan, cycle to work schemes plus free healthy breakfast and lunch in the office. We'll be sure to always prioritise your physical and mental health.
  • £500 annual development budget for any learning, training and development opportunities. Courses, books, software – if it helps you in your role, we’ll help you get it.
  • For working parents, we’re proud to offer assistance, helping you save on nursery fees. The workplace nursery benefit allows you to save tax and National Insurance on the full cost of your nursery fees each month.
  • Culture club – Our culture club team meets every couple of weeks to make sure we celebrate our big wins and milestones too, with parties, surprises and more.
  • You’ll get highly discounted [REDACTED], [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] products for you, and friends + family too.
  • Generous employee referral scheme - if you know more fabulous people, refer them to work with us too and you’ll get a bonus when they pass probation.
  • Dog-friendly office with two very cute resident dogs!
