The role

We're looking for a mid-level Product Designer to join our growing design team and help shape the next stage of [REDACTED]'s product experience.

Reporting to our Product Design Lead and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and our Clinical Safety Officer, you'll play a key role in improving UX and UI across our product.

You'll help create the conditions for great design to thrive: advocating for strong design-led thinking, improving design practices, and ensuring design remains an enabler rather than a bottleneck as we scale.

What you'll do

  • Ensure user needs are represented throughout the product development process, from early discovery and problem definition through to delivery and iteration
  • Influence our approach to AI - explore and experiment with AI tools within the design workflow, helping identify practical ways they can improve speed, quality and collaboration
  • Work closely with our Engineers to drive forward our design system, ensuring it is usable, accessible, and AI-ready
  • Improve UX quality across the platform - proactively identify friction, inconsistencies, and opportunities to simplify workflows and improve the overall user experience

Requirements

  • Strong end-to-end product design skills, with a focus on design systems and UI
  • Systems thinking - understanding how changes in one area can impact others across a complex, multi-user product
  • Experience working with Engineers and AI tools to build and maintain design systems
  • Expertise in accessibility and inclusive design

Benefits

  • 🏑 Work where you do your best work either from home or at our office in 131 Finsbury Pavement (Moorgate) 🏒
  • πŸ“ˆ Share in our success with EMI share options
  • πŸ•œ Flexible working times
  • 🌍 Work abroad for up to 90 days per year
  • πŸ–οΈ 25 days annual leave on top of bank holidays. Plus, take your birthday off and another significant day off of your choice πŸŽ‚

  • πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Wellbeing allowance (Β£50 per month for gym membership/wellbeing activities) or private medical insurance
  • πŸ’‘ Salary sacrifice pension plus access to [REDACTED] for retail discounts, financial coaching, childcare vouchers, virtual GP and more
  • πŸŽ‰ Enhanced parental leave to support your family when it matters most
  • 🎳 Quarterly team socials
  • πŸ“š An annual learning budget to support your growth
  • πŸ’— Work with purpose - you'll be delivering social impact through improved patient healthcare
  • πŸš€ Join at an exciting stage - we're a well-funded, rapidly growing health tech company tackling a global challenge
