📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end design of the Derin v2 client interface, especially the client analytics platform
• Set the product design vision and create flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
• Partner with product and engineering to scope, sequence, and ship v2 in iterative releases
• Design dashboards, charts, and reporting views that distill thousands of AI-led conversations into decision-ready insights
• Create intuitive ways to explore themes, behavioral segments, quotes, quantitative results, and source transcript drill-downs
• Design visual cues that make AI-generated output understandable and trustworthy, including confidence, evidence, and links between findings and source statements
• Collaborate with data science and behavioral science to ensure visual accuracy
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library, including data visualization patterns
• Champion accessibility, consistency, and product quality
• Bring design thinking to how [REDACTED] presents data across products, sales materials, and client deliverables
• Work directly with clients and collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and behavioral science teams
• Occasional travel, including to the Washington, DC office

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing complex B2B or SaaS products, with a portfolio showing shipped work and the thinking behind it
• Health tech, research tools, analytics, or AI product experience strongly preferred
• Strong data visualization skills, including experience designing dashboards or reporting tools
• Experience taking a v1 product to a v2, ideally including a significant redesign
• Rigorous attention to accuracy and ability to identify misleading visualizations
• Fluent in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Solid understanding of how designs are built and how to work effectively with engineers
• Experience designing for AI products, including presenting generated content, uncertainty, and evidence in trustworthy ways
• Excellent communication skills with clients, engineers, scientists, and executives
• Comfortable working iteratively with research, data science, and behavioral science subject-matter experts
• Comfortable working as both a strategist and hands-on designer in a fast-moving, mission-driven startup
• Professional fluency in English required
• Must be based in Istanbul, Turkey
• Regular overlap with US Eastern Time working hours required
