Product Designer III

You will be working as a Product Designer III at [REDACTED], collaborating with Product Managers, UX Researchers, UX Writers, and other Product Designers to craft innovative user interactions across the customer journey in the B2B marketing realm during the AI era. Your role will involve the following responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Guide the product development team through all solution-design phases, including research, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, design system alignment, validation, and maintenance.
• Develop wireframes (low- and high-fidelity) and clickthrough prototypes in Figma to effectively communicate workflows.
• Create clear and concise documentation articulating design rationale to various internal audiences.
• Take ownership of scoping design work, define project timelines, and monitor progress.
• Present design concepts confidently to diverse audiences, including team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Lead collaborative ideation, rapid prototyping, and effective problem-solving activities to drive design consistency and innovation.
• Identify success metrics to evaluate design effectiveness and produce strategic assets required during problem discovery and design ideation.
• Promote the adoption and evolution of the design system at the product level for consistency and scalability.
• Recognize the need for user research, coordinate efforts with cross-functional partners, and conduct research with guidance.
