📋 Description

• Own design for well-scoped features and workflows from exploration through launch
• Translate customer needs and product requirements into clear user flows and polished interfaces
• Explore multiple solutions, explain tradeoffs, and iterate based on feedback
• Design complete experiences, including edge cases, error states, responsive behavior, and handoff details
• Participate in customer research and use insights to improve work
• Build prototypes to test ideas, clarify interactions, and align the team
• Use qualitative feedback and product data to evaluate shipped experiences
• Develop product judgment by connecting design choices to customer and business outcomes
• Partner day to day with Product and Engineering to plan and deliver work
• Communicate progress, rationale, open questions, and risks clearly
• Use and contribute to [REDACTED]'s design system and shared interaction patterns
• Participate in critique, give useful feedback, and incorporate feedback into work
• Raise quality through attention to hierarchy, language, consistency, and usability

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of product design experience, including shipped digital product work
• A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction and visual design fundamentals
• Experience designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces
• A clear, structured design process and the ability to explain design decisions
• Comfort collaborating closely with Product and Engineering partners
• Curiosity about customers, business context, and how products perform after launch
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to work through edge cases
• Openness to feedback, active learning, and increasing ownership over time
• Experience with transactional, regulated, consumer, or business software is a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Visa sponsorship requirements must be disclosed
