Lead end-to-end UX design including user research, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready specifications.
Conduct user research and usability testing with patients, clinicians, and healthcare administrators.
Translate complex clinical workflows into simple, intuitive, and accessible product experiences.
Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and scalable design system components in [REDACTED].
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Affairs teams on user-centered and compliant solutions.
Ensure designs comply with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and HIPAA-aligned usability practices.
Present design concepts and rationale clearly to technical, business, and clinical stakeholders.
Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX specifications.
Contribute to design system governance and consistency across products.
Minimum Qualifications35 years of product design experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare, health tech, or med-tech having passion for improving healthcare experiences through thoughtful design.
Ability to balance aesthetics, usability, accessibility, and compliance.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design from research to shipped products. Expert-level proficiency in [REDACTED] including components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.
Hands-on experience with UX research methodologies including interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and workflow analysis.
Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Familiarity with HIPAA, EMR/EHR systems, and clinical workflow design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to work across technical and clinical teams.
Degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Design, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred QualificationsExperience with EHR interoperability workflows.
Understanding of IEC 62366 usability engineering principles for medical devices.
Exposure to mobile health (iOS/Android) applications and AI-assisted clinical tools.
Experience designing dashboards, healthcare analytics, or clinical decision support systems.
Familiarity with healthcare compliance-oriented product development environments. .
