This role focuses on shaping experiences that drive customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and revenue growth within a complex B2B fintech platform. You will design intuitive, user-centered solutions that balance business impact with usability, translating growth strategy into measurable outcomes. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior designers, you will own end-to-end growth-focused initiatives such as first-time use, feature discovery, in-product education, and upsell flows. This position offers the opportunity to influence high-stakes workflows, iterate in ambiguous problem spaces, and enhance the overall customer journey. Accountabilities

• Design and iterate on experiences that support acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion
• Own growth-related initiatives, including first-time user experiences, feature discovery, in-product education, and upsell flows
• Translate growth hypotheses and product strategy into user-centered, measurable solutions
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define success metrics and ensure high-quality implementation
• Collaborate with senior designers to maintain design consistency and elevate craft while owning your work
• Advocate for professional users by incorporating research, customer feedback, and product data into designs
• Produce high-quality deliverables including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
• Communicate design rationale and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
