About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join the [REDACTED] Digital team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain enterprise-scale Design Systems with hands-on experience.
- Design seamless experiences across mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and web/desktop.
- Own and contribute to the end-to-end Design and UX process, from understanding user needs through to final delivery.
- Work within Agile Squads, collaborating closely with Product and Technology teams.
- Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive, scalable, and consistent digital experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and user needs into effective product experiences.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in BFS / Fintech, ideally within large organizations.
- Experience in Retail Banking is preferred.
Work Location
This is an onsite role at [REDACTED] premises in Meydan, Dubai.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale Design Systems.
- Proficiency in designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and web/desktop.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end Design and UX process.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working within Agile Squads with Product and Technology teams.
- Experience in BFS / Fintech, ideally within large organizations, is preferred.
- Experience in Retail Banking is preferred.
