The Role

Own our unified design system across iGaming brands, bridging Product Design and Frontend to ensure seamless handoffs and pixel-perfect implementations that scale across our growing product ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Build and evolve design foundations: tokens, semantics, and multi-brand modes in Figma
• Create and maintain core components with brand variants while defining canonical reference screens
• Establish governance for component APIs, brand constraints, and change management to prevent drift
• Coach designers on system-first practices and enforce standards across teams
• Partner closely with Frontend teams to ensure design intent survives implementation

What we're looking for

• Proven design systems experience at scale with deep Figma expertise
• Strong systems thinking: design tokens, component APIs, multi-brand architecture
• Mastery of design-to-development handoffs and governance processes
• Coaching ability in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
• Track record of preventing design fragmentation while enabling team velocity
