Product Designer – Design Systems (3-Month Project)

We are looking for a Product Designer with strong Design Systems experience to join a short-term, high-impact project focused on building a scalable design system from the ground up.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys working at the intersection of design and front end development, transforming design concepts into reusable, documented, and scalable UI components.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and build reusable UI components and patterns.
• Define component architecture, variants, properties, tokens, and documentation in [REDACTED].
• Develop and organize component libraries using Storybook.
• Ensure consistency between [REDACTED] designs and front-end implementation.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, particularly within Angular-based environments.
• Contribute to design system governance, standards, documentation, accessibility, and scalability.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with significant experience working on Design Systems or Component Libraries.
• Advanced knowledge of [REDACTED], including components, variants, Auto Layout, properties, and design tokens.
• Hands-on experience with Storybook and reusable front-end components.
• Strong technical understanding of component-based UI development and collaboration with developers.
• Experience creating or significantly contributing to a Design System from scratch (0-to-1) is highly valued.
• Strong systems thinking, documentation skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience with design tokens, governance, MCP tools, or AI-assisted design workflows is a plus.
