📋 Description

• Lead an onboarding and KYC transformation project for a bank in Switzerland • Create holistic, engaging digital experiences that meet both internal and external user needs • Research and understand user needs, desires, and behaviours using a range of research methods • Organise the information and functionality architecture of the product logically and intuitively • Collaborate with team members to ensure integration between user experience and visual design • Conduct usability tests and interface evaluations, collecting user feedback and making iterative adjustments to improve the experience • Align design decisions with business goals and objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally has financial services experience • Extensive experience facilitating and delivering workshops with clients, both in-person and remotely • Good applied knowledge of the JTBD framework • UX skillset aligned to customer journey/service mapping • Good understanding of the Jobs to be Done (JTBD) framework and its pragmatic application to a client project • Experience conducting usability tests and interface evaluations • Ability to develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups
