Role Overview

[REDACTED] is seeking a full-time Product Designer who operates at the intersection of design, product thinking, and frontend engineering. This is a foundational hire responsible for shaping how [REDACTED]'s products are conceived, designed, and built.

This individual will own the end-to-end process of taking complex product problems from discovery and UX design through to UI implementation in production. The ideal candidate is both a strong product designer and a hands-on builder who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants real ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product experience work from discovery and concept development through wireframes, high-fidelity design, and production implementation
• Translate complex financial, technical, and compliance-driven requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Design and build production UI using React, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations to scope features and drive execution
