📋 Description

• Turn raw problems, ideas and initiatives into flows, prototypes and shipped UI for a consumer mobile app
• Work as a pair with the PM
• Own initiatives from idea to release and analyze results
• Work directly with engineers and review builds before shipping
• Run A/B tests, read results in [REDACTED] and plan the next iteration
• Conduct user interviews in English and launch quick surveys
• Build features using vibe-coding or no-code tools when faster
• Collaborate with the content team, product analyst, engineers and QA
• Marketing banners and funnels are handled by a separate team and are outside this role

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product design, with at least 2 (ideally 3) in consumer mobile apps
• Strong, modern mobile UX and UI craft
• Portfolio demonstrating mobile UX and UI craft
• Ownership and ability to carry initiatives through independently
• Product thinking focused on product metrics and experiments
• Experience running user interviews
• English at B2–C1 and Russian
• Clear, structured communication
• Ability to work at a high pace and take direct feedback well
• Interest in building good things for users, not just hitting numbers
• Nice to have: an app or side project launched independently
• Nice to have: builder or no-code skills
• Must have own sole proprietorship
• B2B contract with [REDACTED]'s Cyprus entity
• Probation is 3 months
