About the role

We're looking for a Product Designer to help define how humans and AI work together in B2B software. You'll design experiences where AI handles the manual, repetitive work, freeing sales teams to focus on relationships, strategy, and closing deals. You'll shape interfaces that make AI feel like a trusted partner: proactive, transparent, and genuinely useful.

What you'll do

• Design AI Co-Pilot Experiences: You create interfaces that anticipate user needs, surface the right information, and automate tedious work.

• Simplify Complex Data: You turn data-rich interfaces (dashboards, insights, recommendations) into experiences that feel simple and actionable.

• Define Human-AI Interaction: You shape how users interact with AI: when to trust it, when to override it, how to stay in control.

• Close the Feedback Loop: You review feedback from users, validate UX and UI iterations, and use data to guide decisions.

What we're looking for

You have 3-5 years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with proven expertise designing AI-powered or data-driven interfaces. The following describes you:
