Product Designer

We're looking for a Product Designer to support the design and delivery of user-centric digital experiences across [REDACTED]'s product portfolio. This role focuses on executing UI/UX designs, applying design systems, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and visually consistent products.

The Job:

1. UI/UX Design Execution

   • Execute UI/UX designs based on product requirements and guidance from senior designers.
   • Produce visually consistent designs aligned with established brand and product standards.

2. Design System Application

   • Apply [REDACTED]'s design system when creating screens, components, and visual assets.
   • Use existing design patterns and assets to maintain consistency across products.

3. Prototyping & Iteration

   • Develop wireframes and functional prototypes to support usability testing and design validation.
   • Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing outcomes, and evolving product requirements.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

   • Work with product managers, engineers, and designers during design execution.
   • Support design handover to engineering to ensure accurate and efficient implementation.

5. Industry Awareness & Design Learning

   • Stay informed of relevant UI/UX and product design trends, tools, and patterns.
   • Participate in design discussions and critique sessions to build design judgement and context.

Requirements

The Person:

• Diploma or degree in Design, Multimedia, or any UI/UX related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX or product design roles.
• Practical experience producing UI designs, wireframes, and functional prototypes.
