Product Designer / B2B

We’re hiring a Product Designer to join our studio and work full-time across one of our client projects.

We’re a product design studio working with digital products across different industries and markets. Our projects range from B2B SaaS platforms and complex internal tools to consumer-facing web and mobile products.

You’ll join one of our client teams as a dedicated product designer, working closely with product, engineering, and leadership. At the same time, you’ll have the support of our studio team, including design leadership and regular feedback from our side.

What you’ll actually be doing

• Taking ownership of product design across key user flows and product areas;
• Working on both UX and UI, from understanding the problem and exploring solutions to polished final designs;
• Designing complex flows, dashboards, web or mobile interfaces depending on the project;
• Working closely with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders;
• Contributing to and evolving design systems;
• Turning business goals and user needs into clear product solutions;
• Presenting your work, explaining your decisions, and taking ownership of the outcome;
• Depending on the project, exploring how AI tools and new workflows can improve both the product and the design process.

What we’re looking for

• Solid product design experience, ideally working on digital products with complex user flows;
• Strong UX thinking and UI craft, you can structure complex experiences and turn them into polished, consistent interfaces;
• Experience with B2B SaaS, FinTech, Real Estate, HealthTech, or similar product environments is a strong plus;
• Hands-on experience with design systems and component-based product design;
• You think about business goals and user needs together, not separately;
• You can own a project end to end, explain your decisions, and stand behind them;
• Strong communication skills and English, you’ll be working directly with international client teams;
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, prioritizing progress and iteration over endless polish;
• Experience using AI tools, AI-assisted workflows, automation, or tools like [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED] AI plugins, or similar is a strong plus. What we’re looking for in designers:

• Desire to be the main owner of the project. Your role at [REDACTED] goes beyond just design. Our clients and our team look to you as the central figure of the project, delving deep into project specifics, business objectives, user needs, and technical limitations. While you’ll always find support from our Design Lead, Project Manager, or Mentor, it’s ultimately your call to stand behind your solutions in front of the client and our team.
• Strong communication skills. In [REDACTED], designers aren’t behind the scenes; they’re front and center. You should be comfortable translating your design solutions into clear “whys” and defending your design decisions. In a discussion-heavy environment, we need communicators who can effectively bridge the gap between problem space and solution space. And yes, strong English is a must (🇺🇸).
• You are ready to work autonomously. We don’t use time trackers in our team (if it’s not a client request). Instead, we operate on a foundation of mutual trust. Given the freedom we provide, we expect our designers to be adept at self-management, ownership, and responsibility.
• You have a strong portfolio of executed and working solutions. Usually, it means that you worked for at least 2 years with real clients or products. Your work and solutions should speak for themselves, showcasing your capabilities and the expertise our clients seek.
