📋 Description
- Own the end to end design process including User Research, Product Ideation, UX Design, UI Design
- Interact directly with users to meet their needs rapidly
- Start brand new projects from 0 to 1
- Participate in daily stand-ups and client meetings
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience in a professional environment
- Experience designing AI applications
- Experience designing products and features independently
- Ability and curiosity to think through complex design problems and trade-offs
- Collaborate directly with engineers to get designs implemented
- Experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code)
