We focus on building practical, elegant, and thoughtful tools that solve real business problems. This is not a design-for-art role — it's a design-for-execution role.

The Role

We're hiring a Product Designer who can take ideas and direction and turn them into clean, effective product experiences.

Often, the idea or outcome is already defined — your role is to run with it, execute well, and help move things forward without unnecessary friction. At times, you'll also be expected to identify improvements or propose solutions when something isn't fully thought through.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning work end-to-end, moving quickly, and collaborating closely with engineering.

What You'll Do

• Translate product ideas and direction into polished UI/UX designs
• Own designs from concept → wireframes → high-fidelity → developer handoff
• Design across web, iOS, and in-product experiences
• Work extensively in Figma (expert or near-expert level)
• Ensure designs are clearly communicated and built correctly by developers
• Step in on graphic design needs when required (email design, visuals, light marketing work)
• Proactively suggest improvements, patterns, or content ideas when helpful
• Use AI tools and prompting to accelerate design workflows and iteration
• Maintain highly organized files, components, and handoff documentation

What We're Looking For:

Required

• Strong portfolio demonstrating real product work (required)
• Excellent Figma skills (or very close)
• Ability to work with direction and execute without excessive back-and-forth
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Clear communicator with developers and internal stakeholders
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats when needed
• Willingness to work in-office (preferred for this key role)

AI Is a Must

• You actively use AI tools in your design workflow today
• Comfortable using prompts and modern tools to move faster and work smarter
• You view AI as leverage, not a threat

This Role Is Not a Fit If

• You're seeking large-company or FAANG-level compensation
• You want to debate every idea instead of executing
• You strongly prefer creating everything from scratch when efficient tools exist
• You struggle with organization or developer collaboration
• You need rigid design systems or perfect specs to get started

Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 base, depending on experience and fit
