Brief overview of this role:

The Product Design Manager is a hybrid ownership role responsible for product outcomes end-to-end - from early concept and UX exploration through to delivery, release, and production performance.

At [REDACTED], Product Design Managers combine UX/UI design expertise with product ownership and delivery management. You'll work in small, high-trust teams alongside engineers to define problems, design solutions, shape requirements, plan delivery, and take responsibility for what ships - including how it performs once live.

Design, product, and delivery are not separate disciplines here; they are one integrated role. We believe the future of product teams - especially in an AI-accelerated world - belongs to builders who can own all three.

Employment:

• Full-time
• Based: Sydney, Australia or Melbourne, Australia
• Remuneration (Including Super): AUD $90,000 - $120,000 pending your experience

👥 Team Context

• Join an existing team of 9 Product Design Managers
• Each Product Design Manager supports approximately 2 teams, with generally 2 engineers
• Currently we have opportunities open for a Product Design Manager in our Dashpivot (Web and Mobile), Dashpivot Platform and Growth teams.
