Your Role

We're looking for a Product Design Manager to lead the design of elite sports products at [REDACTED]. You'll shape tools that help organizations work smarter across video analysis, performance and recruiting. As part of the Elite UX Strategy team, you'll help us move from product-centric tools to unified experience pillars while championing high-quality, accessible and consistent design.

As the head of design for Elite North American sports, you'll own the experience, vision and quality outcomes while helping [REDACTED] evolve toward a seamless, integrated platform.

In this role, you'll:

  • Be a coach. You'll manage and professionally develop a small team of exceptional designers working in the same space. You'll mentor them on both soft and hard skills, helping them develop and achieve their career goals.

Salary Range

66,000 - 111,000 GBP annually
