Principal UX/UI Designer

As a Manager/ Lead UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for various hands-on design tasks and leadership roles within the company. You will champion principles of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Developing user flows, journey maps, wireframes, page flows, and sitemaps for web and native apps.
• Creating high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and UI assets that align with style guides and brand standards.
• Defining and applying visual design principles, typography, iconography, and motion/interaction design.
• Recommending modern navigation patterns and supporting scalable information architecture.
• Designing signature interaction patterns validated through testing and revising designs based on user feedback.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Partnering with QA/testing teams to define usability criteria and support user acceptance testing.
• Providing vision and leadership for UI/UX strategy across products and platforms.
• Mentoring and guiding junior designers, offering feedback and knowledge sharing.
• Defining and tracking UX success metrics and staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications required for this role include:

• Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 812 years of proven UI/UX design experience, with at least 35 years in a leadership or senior design role.
