Were seeking a passionate UX Designer to join a small, dedicated product development team focused on innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

[REDACTED] is seeking a Principal UX Designer to elevate our end-to-end product experience across web and mobile. You will be the most senior IC designer on the team, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success to uncover deep user insights and translate them into elegant, scalable product experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and wants to shape the design vision for a platform serving tens of thousands of landlords, millions of renters, and a rapidly growing prop-tech ecosystem.

What You'll Do

Strategic Design Leadership

• Own the end-to-end UX strategy across core product areas (payments, accounting workflows, maintenance, tenant communication, onboarding, portfolio tools, mobile experience).
• Develop and drive design principles, interaction models, and usability standards that scale across the platform.
• Act as a thought partner to Product and Engineering leadership on product sequencing, scope tradeoffs, and user-centered decision-making.
