As a Principal Product Designer on Social, you will shape how [REDACTED] players socialize, communicate, and connect across immersive experiences. You'll lead design for a key product area within Social—owning end-to-end execution from early discovery through launch and iteration.

This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and Trust & Safety to deliver social experiences that are expressive, intuitive, and safe for a global audience.

You Have

• 10+ years of professional experience as a UX/Product Designer, including experience leading projects independently
• A portfolio demonstrating strong craft, end-to-end product thinking, and shipped work with clear user and business impact
• Experience designing consumer products, ideally in social, communication, community, or identity spaces
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across cross-functional partners
