📋 Description
- Work hands-on within a specific business vertical, applying systems thinking, craft, and AI-first practices directly to the product
- Strengthen Product Design direction at [REDACTED] through cross-functional technical leadership and collaboration across Design, Product, Research, and Engineering
- Raise the quality of interaction, visual consistency, motion, and hierarchy through systems thinking and the continuous evolution of shared patterns
- Support the evolution of AI Design System foundations and practices to scale quality with autonomy
- Evolve AI-first workflows and prototype-first practices, integrating AI into the discovery, design, documentation, and development of digital products
- Explore emerging interaction models, generative UI, and adaptive interfaces
- Participate in product and experience discussions from the earliest stages
- Support hiring processes, live cases, portfolio reviews, and technical calibration in Design
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to fellow designers
- Foster a collaborative and participatory design culture
🎯 Requirements
- Strong experience in Product Design for digital products at scale, with expertise in systems thinking and defining craft standards
- Proven experience influencing design direction across multiple teams
- Experience supporting or building design systems and scalable operational practices
- Practical familiarity with AI-assisted workflows applied to product discovery, prototyping, and documentation
- Experience mentoring designers and participating in technical calibration processes, including hiring, portfolio reviews, and live cases
- Strong craft skills in interaction, visual hierarchy, and motion, with a track record of elevating product quality without relying on centralized approval
- Adaptability to navigate different contexts and challenges in a dynamic environment
- Results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize what drives the greatest impact
- Autonomy and collaboration to work productively in a remote environment
- Preferred qualifications: experience exploring generative interfaces, conversational AI applied to products, or adaptive interaction models; experience in high-growth environments; active participation in design culture initiatives
