Principal Product Designer (remote friendly)

Founded by serial entrepreneurs who have built unicorn real estate tech companies from the ground up, we're a team of expert operators with decades of experience turning ideas into thriving products, teams, and businesses.

Our mission is simple: solve meaningful customer and business problems, design strong and defensible business models, activate growth engines, and hire world-class founding teams who can thrive—without wasting time on corporate bureaucracy. Each year, we launch 2–4 new startups, supercharging founders with our dedicated capital, experienced team, proven processes, and deep strategic network.

Our team is distributed and works remotely, coming together in person every few months to collaborate and connect.

Position Overview

We're looking for a well-rounded, hands-on, and collaborative product designer to join our studio team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in understanding and championing user needs, shaping product design vision and strategy, creating high-quality, user-centric experiences, and evolving brand identities and design systems.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing and launching products users love, excels at working with complex systems in the absence of established patterns, and thrives in early-stage product and company development. Experience with B2B software and generative AI-powered products is a strong plus.
