Principal Product Designer

We’re looking for a Principal Product Designer to help shape the future of our customer experience

This is a rare opportunity to influence the direction of our product beyond individual features, solving the biggest customer challenges across multiple journeys while raising the bar for design craft across the business

You’ll be a senior individual contributor with influence across Product, Design and Engineering, partnering with leaders across the organisation to create experiences that are intuitive, beautifully crafted and commercially impactful

From defining strategic opportunities to sweating the smallest interaction details, you’ll balance big-picture thinking with exceptional execution

• Lead the design of [REDACTED]’s most strategic, complex and high-impact customer experiences across multiple product areas
• Shape end-to-end customer journeys that connect user needs, business priorities and technical considerations
• Move confidently between strategic thinking and detailed interaction design, ensuring every experience is intuitive, accessible and beautifully crafted
• Set creative direction and raise the quality of design across the wider product experience
• Combine customer insight, research, data and commercial understanding to deliver measurable outcomes
• Influence product strategy by identifying opportunities that span multiple teams and customer journeys
• Facilitate alignment between Product, Engineering, Research, Brand, Commercial and senior stakeholders to solve complex problems together
• Act as a force multiplier across the Product Design team through mentoring, constructive critique and reusable design patterns
• Champion the evolution and consistent application of [REDACTED]’s design system
• Help create experiences that strengthen customer engagement, loyalty and long-term business growth
