We are currently seeking a Product Designer to join our Card Servicing Experience design team. We design the experiences and tools that help our servicing associates help our customers, or help our customers help themselves. The work we do ensures customers can easily navigate any question or problem they have along their journey with us, no matter which path they follow.

This Product Designer will combine their craft expertise with an understanding of our customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions to complex problems. You will oversee work on our agent platform and its associated design system and governance processes – ensuring that when we expand our product feature set, we do so in a methodical, systematic way.
