We're seeking freelance Performance Marketing Designers to create high-impact creative assets for paid social and digital advertising channels. This role is focused on producing static and lightweight motion assets tailored for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and programmatic display. Ideal candidates bring a strong direct-response design background, an understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, and the ability to translate data-driven insights into creative iterations. Contract projects typically range from 10–40 hours per week, depending on client needs and project scope.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and high performing static ad assets tailored for Meta, TikTok, and display placements.
• Develop lightweight motion designs, including GIFs, simple animations, and short video edits.
• Adapt creative for multiple formats, platform requirements, and aspect ratios.
• Translate performance insights into rapid creative testing and iterative asset development.
• Collaborate with strategists, media buyers, and copywriters to bring new concepts and angles to life.
