In the role of Operational Excellence Engineer, you will be responsible for introducing Shingo-based improvement methodologies at various [REDACTED] sites. This includes facilitating training and workshops on Lean systems, applying Daily Management Systems, A3/Root Cause Problem Solving, Leader Standard Work, and other methods customized to address specific issues. You will partner closely with leadership and frontline teams to ensure these methodologies are implemented seamlessly.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading the deployment of Operational Excellence methodologies, driven by the Shingo Model
• Training and coaching teams at various levels of the organization
