📋 Description

• Work on digital marketing campaigns for [REDACTED]
• Report to the Art Director
• Work on digital projects from early brainstorming through final asset delivery across email, social, paid media, site, and other channels
• Partner with creative, marketing, product, wholesale, and other cross-functional teams to create digital assets
• Design impactful and engaging marketing stories across brand channels
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to bring campaigns to life
• Foster and elevate the brand aesthetic across touchpoints
• Contribute to cross-functional brainstorms
• Meet project deadlines and proactively communicate project blockers
• Review and discuss briefs, deliverables, and work with creative team, stakeholders, vendors, and project managers
• Stay current with industry and design trends and best practices across ecommerce, retail, and digital design
• Pivot and react quickly when business needs change
• Quality-check final assets and ensure compliance with brand standards, brief, and specifications

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Mastery of Adobe Suite
• Hands-on experience in motion graphics and animation
• Ability to understand brand standards and deliver consistent results
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically when faced with design challenges
• Effective communication and strong collaboration skills
• Portfolio of compelling, solution-driven design
• Candidates must submit a portfolio to be considered
