Motion Graphics Designer & Animator (Mobile App) (Hyderabad)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer & Animator to bring our mobile app and brand to life through engaging, high-quality animations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of motion design, UI animations, storytelling, and visual aesthetics, with the ability to create smooth, modern, and premium animations for both the app and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create high-quality 2D motion graphics and animations.
• Create engaging animations for the mobile app, including:
  • Onboarding screens
  • Splash screens
  • UI transitions
  • Micro-interactions
  • Loading animations
  • Feature demonstrations
  • In-app promotional animations.
• Produce promotional videos and animated content for social media.
• Collaborate with the UI/UX and product team to create seamless user experiences.
• Maintain consistency with the apps branding and design language.
• Optimize animations for mobile performance without compromising quality.
• Deliver assets in multiple formats suitable for Android, iOS, and marketing platforms.
• Revise designs based on feedback and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Motion Graphics and Animation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, UI animations, and promotional videos.
• Proficiency in:
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Figma
  • Lottie (Bodymovin)
• Knowledge of animation principles, timing, easing, and storytelling.
• Experience creating animations for mobile applications.
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile UI/UX.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, qualified work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Rive animations.
• Basic knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Experience creating app explainer videos.
• Understanding of branding and visual identity.
• Familiarity with exporting assets for developers (JSON/Lottie, GIF, MP4, SVG).
