📋 Description

• Design and produce motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and product demos
• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished explainer videos, promotional reels, and corporate materials
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to understand visual communication needs
• Deliver creative visual solutions
• Design static assets such as web banners and simple layouts when motion/video project volume is low
• Ensure multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals
• Stay current with design trends, animation techniques, and video tools
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely content delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in motion design or video editing
• Strong showreel/portfolio
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other video editing tools
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Basic proficiency in static banner or graphic design
• Understanding of pacing, audio syncing, transitions, and storytelling in video formats
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
