Motion Designer, YouTube AI and Design Systems

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of motion design experience in product design, UX design, or UX/UI animation.
• Experience with motion design related to physics, patterns, and visual design elements.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
• 1 year of experience leading design projects.
• Experience using agentic tools (e.g., Jetski or Gemini) to "vibe code" interactive prototypes and accelerate motion explorations.
• Knowledge of front-end technical constraints, with experience with tools like Framer or code-based animation to bridge design and engineering.
