📋 Description
- Create modern animated advertising creatives based on scripts, storyboards, and references
- Animate graphic assets, characters, UI elements, typography, packshots, and product demonstrations
- Edit and composite gameplay, screen recordings, live-action footage, AI-generated content, and graphic elements
- Build clear visual narratives with strong pacing, transitions, and attention-grabbing opening moments
- Produce creative variations for performance testing
- Quickly create resizes, localizations, end-card variations, and other technical versions
- Adapt videos for [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and other advertising platforms
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate production and explore new visual approaches
- Add sound effects, music, and basic audio treatment where required
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, graphic designers, editors, and other members of the production team
- Maintain organized project files and reusable templates
🎯 Requirements
- Middle-level professional experience in motion design, animation, video editing, or advertising production
- A strong professional portfolio or showreel demonstrating commercial-quality animation
- Strong knowledge of [REDACTED] After Effects
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Practical experience with AI-powered image, video, or animation tools
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, easing, composition, typography, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of visual quality
- Experience creating multiple versions and technical adaptations from one master creative
- Understanding of common social media formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and delivery specifications
- Comfortable receiving direct feedback and working through fast iteration cycles
- A professional portfolio or showreel and demonstrated experience with AI-assisted creative workflows are required
