📋 Description

• Integrate 2D and 3D game assets with 2D UI layers while maintaining visual hierarchy, depth, and a vibrant mobile aesthetic.
• Define the game UI’s artistic vision, layout, and visual polish.
• Create high-fidelity, dynamic, colorful mobile UI assets.
• Build, scale, and maintain a component-driven UI design system in Figma.
• Ensure visual consistency and responsive behavior across mobile devices and aspect ratios.
• Develop modular, reusable UI assets from sketches through polished elements.
• Use generative AI and AI-driven design tools for brainstorming, mood boards, concepting, and asset generation.
• Collaborate with programmers and technical artists to implement Figma designs and 2D/3D UI systems accurately in-engine.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and iconography.
• Prioritize mobile player experience, touch targets, ergonomics, and rewarding interactions.
• Provide a CV, portfolio, and examples of games, products, features, LiveOps, roadmaps, or performance improvements led.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional game art experience, with at least 3+ years in a UI/UX art role.
• Exceptional eye for composition, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Specific talent for creating stylized 2D UI art assets for smaller screens.
• Strong understanding of modern mobile game meta features, including Battle Passes, collection albums, progression tracks, and reward loops.
• Deep working knowledge of mobile game UI design principles, touch interfaces, gesture controls, and iOS/Android platform guidelines.
• Experience working on the UI/UX of at least 2 shipped mobile titles.
• Portfolio with mobile-specific case studies/references demonstrating visual flair.
• Expert-level knowledge of Figma, including auto-layout, nested components, variables, variants, and responsive mobile prototyping.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proven track record of creating and managing comprehensive UI design systems and style guides.
• Proficiency integrating AI utilities such as Figma AI features, ComfyUI, Leonardo, or similar prompt-based toolsets.
• Ability to balance beautiful game art with structured, logical UI organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Unity UI, UIElements, or UI Toolkit (nice to have).
• Hands-on ability to create, light, or manipulate 3D elements; Blender or 3ds Max preferred (nice to have).
