From finely-tuned eCommerce builds to bold rebrands, our work blends sharp strategy with considered design and technical precision.

We're a small, driven team that values clarity, pace, and polish. We're on the hunt for a midweight or senior designer to take ownership of projects end to end and leave your own mark in the process.

The Role

You'll be working across website UX/UI, brand systems, and digital assets, creating clean, thoughtful, and effective design. One day you might be establishing the design direction for a new eCommerce build. The next, designing a new brand , art directing a campaign, or setting the visual standard for a product launch.

This is a role with real ownership. You'll lead projects & teams, present your thinking to clients, and shape how work gets made here rather than just executing to a brief. We're looking for someone local to Brisbane who brings a point of view and can back it up.

Must-haves

• 2+ years in an agency or studio environment
• Brisbane-based (or nearby, we work best local)
• Fluent in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Strong command of UI/UX principles, not just familiarity
• Exceptional eye for layout, type, and visual hierarchy
• Able to build and maintain design systems, not just individual screens
• Confident presenting and defending work directly to clients
• Clear communicator, working closely with devs, strategists and clients
• Okay with dogs in the office (they're part of the team too)

Nice-to-haves

• Portfolio showing branding and web projects end to end
• Comfortable designing for responsive across breakpoints
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS or jQuery
• Motion, prototyping, or no-code tools (Webflow, Squarespace, Framer)
• Experience mentoring or reviewing junior designers
