Mid-Senior UI / Product Designer

We're partnering with a small, growing digital studio looking for a talented Mid-Senior UI / Product Designer to join its close-knit team.

This role is best suited to someone who has worked in an agency, digital studio or consultancy environment, or who has strong experience managing multiple brands, clients and projects at the same time.

You'll work across a variety of digital projects, moving between different briefs, industries and creative challenges. The pace is varied, the team is lean, and you'll need to be comfortable taking ownership without relying on large teams, layers of approval or highly structured corporate processes.

This is not a single-product role. It's ideal for a designer who enjoys variety, adapts quickly and can move confidently from one project to another while maintaining a consistently high standard of work.

This role is unlikely to suit someone whose experience has been focused on one internal product, one long-term platform or a large corporate design team with highly specialised roles. It will suit someone who enjoys variety, creative ownership and working closely with a small team where their contribution is visible and valued.

Responsibilities

• Design polished, thoughtful and production-ready digital experiences
• Work across multiple client projects, products and brands
• Turn strategic concepts, wireframes and creative direction into strong UI
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and wider project team
• Contribute ideas, refine concepts and solve design problems
• Prepare clean, organised Figma files for developer handover
• Balance creativity, speed, consistency and attention to detail

Skills and experience

• Strong experience in UI, product or digital design
• Previous experience in an agency, studio, consultancy or multi-project environment
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and switch between projects
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, libraries and design systems
• Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing and responsive design
• Confidence working independently within a small, collaborative team
• Comfortable contributing ideas rather than simply executing instructions
• Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach
