📋 Description
- Collaborate with product teams (PO, PMs) and development in an agile environment to design digital solutions that solve real user problems.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Actively contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of Design Systems, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across platforms.
- Support research activities, including interviews and usability tests, and analyze feedback to turn data into insights and improvement opportunities.
- Translate complex business requirements into friendly, effective, and accessible interfaces.
- Work closely with engineering teams during design implementation to ensure fidelity of the final delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- Presentation of a portfolio that clearly demonstrates design process, design reasoning, and UI/UX skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Familiarity with Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD), usability principles, and accessibility guidelines.
- Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
- Degree completed or in progress in Design, Graphic Design, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience with front-end development (plus).
- Previous experience with Design Ops and scalable processes (plus).
- Experience in e‑commerce projects or mobile app development (plus).
- Certifications or courses in UX Research (plus).
- Proactive attitude, passion for learning, strong argumentation skills, and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
