Mid-Level Product Designer

• We're looking for a Mid-Level Product Designer to join our design team and help us level up critical areas of [REDACTED]
• Use your User Experience & Interface skill sets to craft concepts, prototypes and high fidelity interfaces for dev implementation
• Be engaging across multiple teams that own various products and features within the platform
• Need to clearly articulate design solutions to stakeholders and leadership, and how they will meet user and customer needs
• Be instrumental in collaboration & critique sessions with key stakeholders, and bring confident decision-making based on your experience
• Pro-actively seek & provide feedback to ensure team and project alignment
• Bring a team player attitude, with clear and timely communication with your working team mates
• Use AI technology into your workflows as a catalyst for progress
• Support the product roadmap through research-led insights to deliver refined, purposeful, and intuitive digital experiences
• Be a critical design resource for the [REDACTED] platform, supporting the agile teams develop complete features and updates
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers on a daily basis
• Use emerging technologies such as AI to assist the outcomes of your work
• Contribute to the wider design team's artefacts, such as the Design System
• Improve the usability and experience of the platform through connecting with customers and end users
