📋 Description
- Deliver interaction design across a substantial GDS project
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Solve complex, sensitive and fast-moving service design problems
- Contribute to high-social-impact public services
- Apply user research to shape outcomes for the public
🎯 Requirements
- Strong experience in Interaction Design / UX Design
- Experience with NHS, GDS or [REDACTED] projects
- Strong [REDACTED] and prototyping skills
- Experience with [REDACTED]/NHS prototyping toolkits and HTML-based prototyping
- Hands-on experience with [REDACTED]
- Experience with user journeys, wireframes and usability testing
- Good understanding of WCAG/accessibility
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required
- Satisfactory vetting, references and occupational health checks required
- Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check may be required depending on the role
