Marketing Designer

You'll be the senior design voice on a small marketing team. We have a part-time designer who's strong at production volume and motion graphics (After Effects), and we need someone who sets the visual standard—building the brand systems, type scales, and templates that the whole team works within.

One of our two brands needs guidelines built from the ground up. The other is due for a refresh. Beyond that foundation work, there's a steady stream of high-volume production: landing pages, email templates, ad creatives, brochures, tradeshow materials, and social assets. You'll do both—the strategic brand work and the hands-on execution—with direct visibility into how your work drives pipeline and revenue.

We use AI tools extensively. You'll work with AI image generation (Midjourney, Nano Banana/Gemini, GPT Image, Adobe Firefly) and AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) as part of your daily workflow. We're not looking for someone who's experimenting with AI—we need someone who already uses these tools to produce professional-quality output faster.
