📋 Description
- Act as an expert, advocate, and champion for Security Solutions products, including RRI, FPT, Scams, and new first-party fraud solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for product sales, usage, and continuous product enhancement
- Roll out new solutions for existing and new segments, use cases, and networks
- Prioritize development efforts in alignment with business strategy
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goals
- Engage customers to capture client feedback and identify product improvement opportunities
- Support customer engagements, including strategic discussions, product education, feedback capture, and follow-up
- Represent [REDACTED] in relevant industry forums and associations
- Measure and optimize product usage KPIs, including enrollees and active users
- Support customer lifecycle strategy to acquire and retain customers and increase lifetime value
- Identify revenue optimization opportunities through cross-selling and upselling with different verticals
- Execute go-to-market strategy, define product value proposition and pricing, create sales and delivery materials, and support sales and delivery enablement
🎯 Requirements
- Payments Industry Experience
- Great project management skills; highly organized and able to deal with multiple and competing priorities
- Experience in customer-facing roles, driving critical business discussions and deepening engagement
- Experience driving end-to-end execution of initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills, including analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, generating insights, and evaluating key metrics
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and revenue optimization tactics
- Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Ability to quickly learn about technologies and navigate a global business environment
- Abide by [REDACTED]’s security policies and practices
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of accessed information
- Report suspected information security violations or breaches
- Complete periodic mandatory security trainings
