🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time on technically complex B2B or
- 2–4 years of direct people management
- Experience working across time zones
- A clear design point of view and the confidence to use it
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- A portfolio showing your design process and how you reason through hard problems
