Job Description

Why Join [REDACTED] as a Graduate Product Designer?

Design Experiences That Matter: Work on meaningful projects that shape how travellers discover, plan and book extraordinary escapes. From researching customer needs to creating intuitive digital experiences, your work will help make travel simpler, more inspiring and more personal.

Build Your Design Toolkit: Develop practical skills across user research, journey mapping, interaction design, prototyping, visual design and usability testing. You’ll work in a complex and rewarding environment that brings together travel, e-commerce and personalised recommendations.

Mentorship from Design Leaders: Learn from experienced product designers, researchers and product managers who’ll help you strengthen your craft, navigate design challenges and build confidence in your decision-making. You’ll receive regular feedback and support as you grow.

Program Details

• Location: Sydney CBD
• Duration: 12 months
• Compensation: Base salary + superannuation, plus all the benefits enjoyed by our team
• Start date: February 2027
• Qualifiers: Must have graduated in ’25 or ’26 with a relevant degree in Design, UX, Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Digital Design, Visual Communication or Service Design. Computer Science or other STEM related degrees are also viewed positively.

Qualifiers: You must have graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a degree in product design, UX/UI design, interaction design, human–computer interaction or another relevant discipline, degrees in STEM are also viewed favourably.
