📋 Description

• build the roadmap for clients
• plan and execute training needs
• translate client requirements into effective strategies
• ensure every launch is a triumph
• meet with Subject Matter Experts to conduct Front End Analysis/Task Analyses
• document content-specific knowledge to support training development
• develop SMART Learning Objectives
• design and develop all training content
• create assessments per the defined assessment strategy
• provide support to facilitate answer validation sessions
• review training content created by other team members
• peer to peer mentorship and upskilling

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in education, learning theory, Instructional design, and/or related discipline field or equivalent practical 10 yrs experience in lieu of degree
• 3+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering learning using multiple media
• Experience using Articulate to create training content
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with documentation, technical writing, and narrative scripting
• Tolerance and enthusiasm for working with ambiguity and change
• Experience with e-learning authoring software; i.e. Articulate Storyline, Evolve, Google slides for course development
• Strong QA/QC skills
