📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end experiences helping admins create, design, and organize Branded Products
• Own the user experience for the ProShop Asset Management team from discovery to delivery
• Use user-centered design methods to craft simple, intuitive solutions to complex challenges
• Participate throughout discovery, detailed design, execution, and iteration
• Create user flows, wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes independently or collaboratively
• Brainstorm with cross-functional partners on product problems, solutions, requirements, and priorities
• Help identify and prioritize strategic product design work
• Partner with data, consumer insights, and UX research teams on product direction and concept validation
• Ensure cohesiveness with the [REDACTED] design system and [REDACTED] marketing brand guidelines
• Advocate for user-centered design methods across the domain and [REDACTED]
• Influence and align the product roadmap to deliver customer-focused experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Located in Spain
• 5+ years of experience designing sophisticated digital products, preferably enterprise tools
• 4+ years of collaborative experience with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI skills through multiple case studies
• Experience leveraging AI in design work
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions
• Ability to move between high-level and detailed design, and future concepts and near-term implementation
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with designers, product managers, and engineers
• Ability to clearly present design concepts and solutions to varied audiences
• Highly skilled in typography, hierarchy, color, composition, contrast, and graphic design fundamentals
• Passion for design trends, tools, processes, and methodologies
• Highly skilled with design tools such as Figma
• Clear examples of using AI tooling to accelerate research, discovery, and prototyping, such as Lovable, Open Code, Cursor, or Paper
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and/or highly matrixed organizations
• Relevant degree in Design or HCI is nice to have, not required
• Ability to plan, moderate, and complete goal-oriented workshops is nice to have
• Experience designing across responsive web and native mobile platforms is nice to have
• Experience identifying and prioritizing features and participating in complex roadmap planning is nice to have
