Your tasks:

• Lead, mentor, and develop UX Designers, including performance management, feedback, and professional growth
• Create clarity on roles, priorities, and expectations to enable focused and effective UX work
• Act as a strategic UX partner in cross-functional and leadership discussions, advocating a strong user-centered perspective
• Foster close collaboration and shared accountability between UX, Product, and Tech
• Monitor team health, capacity, and workload to ensure sustainable delivery
• Partner with the UX Function Lead on business challenges and continuous improvements
• Translate strategy into clear direction and drive consistent execution
• Role model company values and promote accountability and continuous improvement
