📋 Description
- Define how design is done in the company.
- Ownership of the full design lifecycle and create impactful apps from scratch.
- Deliver at all stages of UI design, from prototypes/mockups to production-ready assets.
- Own and evolve design systems to ensure scalability and consistency across products.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to design new features and updates that drive impact in our products.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Art, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related design field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Artist (end-to-end: from discovery to UI execution).
- Artistic eye for color and composition.
- Hands-on experience in mobile app design (iOS & Android).
- Experience participating in apps launched from scratch (ideally with millions of users or strong business impact).
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Mastery of different types of asset creation:
- Bitmap assets (images, illustrations, icons)
- Vector assets (icons, logos, scalable UI elements)
- Hi-fi interactive prototypes
- Store assets (app screenshots & videos)
- Lottie animations (for micro-interactions)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good level of spoken and written English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
