📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the clinical AI product area and its measured outcomes
• Engage with clinicians and customers to use real workflows to guide product development
• Translate strategy into a prioritized backlog and build it collaboratively with Engineering and Design
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration
• Partner with Data Science/AI, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success through FDA-regulated development
• Set detection strategy across structural heart disease, heart failure, AFib, pulmonary disease, and related clinical workflows
• Partner with Data Science on algorithm development, validation, and clinical-grade governance
• Represent [REDACTED] to KOLs and physicians, building relationships and evidence to earn clinician trust and adoption
• Travel up to 30% to clinician and customer sites, conferences, and company meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of product management experience, or a demonstrated track record of Staff-level clinical product impact
• Deep experience in a clinical domain; cardiology and/or pulmonary strongly preferred
• Track record bringing FDA-regulated / Software-as-a-Medical-Device (SaMD) products from concept to launch
• Demonstrated experience partnering with data science teams on AI/ML products
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and point-of-care clinical decision-making
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder skills; comfortable as a physician-facing leader
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal direction
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation
• Preferred: clinical background or advanced clinical/scientific degree; KOL network or publication history; clinical decision support or diagnostic AI experience; high-growth digital health or medical-device experience; SaaS/subscription business model experience; healthcare reimbursement and CPT coding familiarity
