About the role

We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our growing design team at an exciting time. As REDACTED evolves to become a design-led organisation, you'll play a key role in shaping both the products we build and how we build them.

You'll work as a solid individual contributor, taking ownership of complex product challenges from discovery through to delivery. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to ship experiences that balance user needs with business strategy.

This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and is energised by the opportunity to establish design excellence whilst doing excellent design work.
